About The Adventures of Victoria Leigh

It is so difficult to continuously stimulate young children with new content and quite often I cannot get to the library to take out new books, so I thought I would create my own.

The Adventures of Victoria Leigh were written as a way of entertaining my young daughter and also my young niece. I wanted to have a collection of stories that were innocent in nature and took inspiration from some of the children's authors that I read growing up including Enid Blyton, Carolyn Keene, Roald Dahl and James Driscoll. The aim is to try and post a new short story each week to keep the children entertained.

Perhaps one day I will be able to combine these stories with some illustrations to help them truly come to life. Until then, I think that a child's greatest asset is their imagination.
